Hello, I'm Malgorzata, the founder of M-Oase Apartments.

Since I like to travel a lot and sometimes still long for home, I came up with the idea of ​​making the accommodations very homely and comfortable. My wish is that my guests can feel comfortable and at home on their trips.

HOUSE RULES & REGULATIONS

1. Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and Check-out is by 11:00 AM at the latest.
Early check-in or late check-out is possible for an additional fee, subject to availability. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or delay our cleaning services are liable for any resulting costs and expenses.

2. Please separate waste for the sake of the environment as follows:
• Blue Bin: Paper and cardboard packaging
• Yellow Bin: Plastic, foil, plastic packaging, Tetra Pak, cans
• Gray Bin: Residual waste
Bottles should be disposed of in a separate glass container. You may leave them in the apartment for disposal.

3. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed. Violations of the smoking ban will incur a fee of €250 plus the cost of a special cleaning.

4. Guests exceeding the number stated in the reservation are not permitted. We charge €30 per night for each unauthorized guest.

5. Commercial photography/videography without written permission and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

6. Pets are not allowed. Violations of our pet policy may result in an additional cleaning fee. Guests with assistance animals are kindly asked to contact us prior to their stay.

7. Guests are responsible and liable for the costs of replacing lost keys, key cards, remote controls, or parking permits.

8. Noise monitoring systems may be installed in the apartments to monitor excessive noise levels.

9. Guests are fully responsible and liable for damages or losses in the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damages to our customer service.

10. Booking a reservation implies agreement to comply with the house rules. Guests who do not adhere to the house rules are liable for any resulting damages, fees, costs, or expenses. Non-compliance may lead to the immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction from the apartment without a refund.
