This cozy and renovated 72 m² apartment is perfect for 4 people, but it can also accommodate 6 guests thanks to the comfortable sofa bed.

Parking is possible directly in front of the entrance in the backyard and is free of charge.

The two bedrooms have large and comfortable double beds (1.80x2m, 1.60x2m). The spacious living area invites you to relax on the comfortable couch, which can be pulled out into another bed (1.40x2m) if required. From the cozy hanging chair you can enjoy the view of the countryside and the Oker. To end the day, there is also a 50-inch Smart TV with Netflix, as well as games for children and books. WiFi is of course available throughout the apartment.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, induction cooker and microwave with grill and baking function. The kitchen also has a Senseo coffee machine and a kettle. There is also a large selection of organic teas. Olive oil, salt, pepper and other spices are available, which encourages cooking. Of course there is also enough crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The large dining table for 6 people invites you to linger together.

The large, bright bathroom has a bathtub with shower facility and a washing machine with dryer function. Here, everything is available that you could wish for from your home too: hair dryer, towels and soap.



Access for guests

The apartment is on the 1st floor of an apartment building (no elevator) and can be reached via a staircase.

The parking lot is located directly in front of the entrance in the backyard and can be reached via a narrow driveway.

Important: The check-in of all arriving guests takes place online using an online form, as we need the data according to the German Registration Act before arrival.

The apartment also has a parking space in the backyard directly in front of the entrance with the writing: M-Oase, which can be reached through a narrow driveway.


Arrival by train

There is a direct bus connection from the main train station to Maschplatz. With bus 419 you will reach the Maschplatz stop after about 15 minutes (9 stops).
 Bus line 429 goes back to the main train station.

Neighborhood

The apartment is right at the Oker. It is a small river that flows around downtown Braunschweig.
 A walk through the park takes you to the city center in 16 minutes.
