The accommodation

The stylishly furnished 2-room apartment in a modern blue design is located in the northern part of the city, just about a 20-minute walk from the city center.
With a size of 58 m² and a balcony, the apartment offers a cozy atmosphere that invites you to relax after an eventful day.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor of an apartment building and can be reached via an elevator and stairwell.

The spacious bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed (1.60 x 2 m) and creates a feel-good atmosphere.

The bright and spacious living room offers a comfortable couch, which can also be used as a double bed (1.40 x 2 m) if necessary.
To end the day, there is a 60-inch TV with Netflix and a hanging chair to unwind.
The balcony, equipped with a table and two chairs, offers an ideal place to end the day in summer. High-speed WiFi is available throughout the apartment.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a refrigerator with a large freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a stove, an oven and a microwave. A Tchibo Cafissimo coffee machine is available for coffee lovers. A kettle and a wide selection of organic teas are also available.
Oil, salt, pepper and various spices are also available and encourage cooking. Of course, there are also enough crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils to let off steam with culinary delights.
The cozy dining area for 4 people offers enough space to linger together.

In the kitchen you will also find a washing machine, a dryer and an iron.
A clothes horse and an ironing board complete the equipment, so that a longer stay is also possible.

The lovingly designed bathroom with shower offers everything you would expect from a home: a hairdryer, towels and soap.

Access for guests

The apartment is on the 3rd floor of an apartment building and can be reached via an elevator and stairwell.
Since the elevator only stops between floors, climbing stairs is necessary.
There are a few steps up to the elevator and then a few more steps up from the 2nd floor or down from the 3rd floor to get into the apartment.

Parking for cars is possible directly next to the house in an underground car park and is free of charge. Please note the entrance size: height 185cm x width 240cm.
The key to the underground car park can be found in the apartment.

If you are traveling with a larger car, you can park for a fee in the parking spaces of the “Weißes Ross” shopping center on the opposite side.

Other important information

Important: The check-in of all arriving guests takes place online using an online form, as we need the data according to the German Registration Act before arrival.

Additional services:
 - Late check-out is possible and can be booked at an additional cost.
 - Cleaning during the stay can also be booked for an additional cost.

A welcome set with coffee and different types of tea await you. Salt, pepper and an assortment of spices are also available.

Arriving by car
Good connection to A391, A392 and A2.
The apartment also includes a parking space for a car in the underground garage.
Please note the entrance dimensions: height 1.85 m x width 2.40 m.

Arrival by train
There is a direct bus connection from the main train station to Amalienplatz. With bus 419 you will reach the Amalienplatz stop after about 15 minutes (10 stops).
Bus line 429 goes back to the main train station.
