The Accommodation
The stylishly furnished 2-bedroom apartment with a modern color design is located in the northern part of the city, just a 16-minute walk from the city center.
Ideal for 6 people or a small family.
With a size of 80 m², the apartment offers a cozy atmosphere that invites you to relax after an eventful day.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of an apartment building and is accessible via a staircase.
The spacious bedroom is furnished with a comfortable king-size bed (1.80 x 2 m) and a single bed, creating a cozy atmosphere.
The bright and spacious living room, in a separate area, has enough space for two single beds, which can also be used as a double bed. The comfortable couch offers additional sleeping space for one person if needed.
To end the day, there is a 50-inch TV with Netflix and several board games for children and adults.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and microwave. For coffee lovers, there is a Senseo coffee machine. A kettle and a wide selection of organic teas are also available.
Oil, salt, pepper, and various spices are also provided, stimulating cooking. Of course, there is also enough dishes, cutlery, and cooking utensils for your culinary creativity.
The cozy dining area for 6 people offers plenty of space for gatherings.
The kitchen also includes a washing machine, dryer, and iron. A clothes rack and ironing board complete the amenities, making longer stays possible.
The lovingly designed bathroom with shower offers everything you would expect from a home: a hairdryer, towels, and soap.
In the courtyard, next to the parking lot, there is an area with a table and two chairs, which is an ideal place to end the day in summer.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a multi-family building and can be accessed via a stairwell.
Parking for cars is available directly in the inner courtyard of the building and is free of charge. The courtyard can be accessed through a locked gate.
